BARRIER-FIRST FUNCTIONAL SKINCARE
High concentrations. Good ingredients.
You keep applying them,
but does your skin—and your routine—
feel overwhelmed?
Skin irritation that becomes a concern as you add more active products.
A skincare routine that keeps getting longer.
DESYB puts the skin barrier first,
then combines active ingredients for your skin concerns.
Keep your routine simple,
with targeted care included.

TONE BALANCE ACTIVES
For Tone Balance,
two active ingredients.
Niacinamide
A functional ingredient for skin brightening
Tranexamic acid
A tone-care ingredient selected for dull, uneven-looking skin tone
Functional cosmetic for skin brightening. We considered moisture alongside daily care for a clear, even-looking skin tone.
Concentrations are based on the brand’s official formulation data. Ingredient descriptions concern formulation purposes and raw-material properties. Individual skin responses may vary.

CHOOSE YOUR CARE
On a barrier-focused base,
choose the direction of your care.
Whichever line you choose, select the texture and feel that suit your skin.
Concentrations are based on the brand’s official formulation data. Consider your skin’s tolerance when using products containing retinol.
DESYB TRI+ BARRIER
The skin barrier first.
Actives on top.
Three ceramides, lipid-related ingredients and panthenol 2%.
We add the actives you need to a TRI+ Barrier base.
01 / TRIPLE CERAMIDE
Three ceramides
Formulated with Ceramide NP · AP · EOP.
02 / BARRIER SUPPORT
Moisturizing ingredients, combined
Also formulated with lipid-related ingredients such as cholesterol and phytosphingosine.
03 / PANTHENOL 2%
Panthenol for daily moisture
All products contain panthenol 2%, with daily moisture in mind.
MOISTURE, EVERY DAY
Moisture means replenishing,
locking in, and helping retain it.
From adding moisture to caring for its retention, we considered everyday hydration.
Care that replenishes moisture
Panthenol and moisturizing ingredients are combined to help replenish skin moisture.
Care that locks in moisture
Three ceramides are combined with lipid-related ingredients such as cholesterol and phytosphingosine.
Care that helps retain moisture
TRI+ Barrier is formulated with the skin barrier in mind to help care for moisture retention.
This describes the ingredient composition and is not separate substantiation of reduced moisture loss by the finished product.
THE TEXTURE
Spreads smoothly,
a cream texture for everyday care.

We considered a light texture that spreads gently.
A moisturizing cream with a hydrated finish and no heavy sticky feel.
The roles you need, in full.
Only the steps you need.
CHOOSE YOUR TEXTURE
Five products.
You do not need to use them all.
Choose according to your care needs and preferred feel.
Rather than using all five,
choose only the textures your skin needs.
WHY TRI+ BARRIER?
We did more than
just add ceramides.
Ceramide NP · AP · EOP
Ingredients selected with dry-skin moisture in mind
The ingredients combined with them matter, too
Inspired by the lipid composition of the skin barrier,
we combined ceramides with cholesterol and phytosphingosine.

Barrier + actives, starting with formulation.
Before selecting the actives, we designed the moisturizing base for a product used every day.
* TRI+ is DESYB’s ingredient formulation concept. The combination alone does not establish barrier-improving efficacy of the finished product.
WHY PANTHENOL 2%?
All five products,
panthenol 2%.
Replenishing moisture,
with the skin barrier in mind.
Panthenol is known as provitamin B5,
a moisturizing ingredient that helps support moisture retention and barrier care.

01 / MOISTURE
Helping replenish skin moisture
Its moisture-attracting properties help add hydration to skin.
02 / BARRIER CARE
To help keep moisture from escaping
It may help support the barrier’s moisturizing function and reduce moisture loss.
03 / DAILY COMFORT
For everyday skincare
An ingredient choice for daily moisturizing care alongside actives.
DESYB × PANTHENOL
Actives for each purpose,
moisture in every product.
DESYB’s Tone Balance for brightening and Renewal Firming for wrinkle improvement—
both lines contain panthenol 2%.
By adding panthenol to three ceramides and lipid ingredients,
we created a barrier + actives formulation that connects targeted care with moisture.
* This describes general properties of panthenol, not separately substantiated moisture-loss reduction or barrier improvement by DESYB finished products.
INGREDIENT RESEARCH 01
How well are ceramides delivered?
Under the same test conditions, the ceramide delivery indicator was 38% higher than with a conventional emulsion.
Conventional O/W emulsion
TRI+ complex raw-material test group
* Supplier tape-stripping comparison test (Ceramide VI 0.5% condition): delivery indicator for a formulation containing the raw material versus a conventional O/W emulsion. Delivery speed and duration of action were not measured. This is not an efficacy test of a DESYB finished product.
INGREDIENT RESEARCH 02
Moisture replenished in skin, to help keep it from escaping.
TEWL refers to the amount of moisture lost through the skin.
Reducing this moisture loss is an important part of moisturizing care.
TEWL is an indicator used to assess moisture loss through the skin.
* In the supplier’s comparison test, TEWL reduction indicators at 20 hours were 27 versus 53 (approximately 1.96×). This compares moisture-loss reduction indicators and does not mean 20-hour moisturizing duration or a moisture-retention rate for DESYB finished products.

HOW TO USE & FAQ
Choose to suit your skin,
and keep up with tone care.
How to use
As the final step of morning and evening skincare, gently spread an appropriate amount over the face and neck. Use sunscreen during the day.
How is DESYB’s ceramide complex different from ordinary ceramides?
DESYB combines three ceramides—NP, AP and EOP—with ingredients selected with the skin barrier in mind, including cholesterol and phytosphingosine. The formulation considers the moisturizing environment that helps skin retain moisture.
What is Tone Balance Cream?
A functional skin-brightening cream with niacinamide 5% and tranexamic acid 3%. Panthenol 2% and ceramide complex 1% combine tone care with moisture.
Can I care for skin tone and moisture together?
Yes. Tone-care ingredients niacinamide 5% and tranexamic acid 3% are combined with panthenol 2% and ceramide complex 1%. One cream considers care for clear, even-looking skin tone and hydration together.
Can sensitive skin use it?
Tone Balance Cream received a low-irritation classification with a primary skin irritation index of 0.00 in an Intertek test involving 32 Korean adults (test number CRS-PT26-S0353). Skin responses vary, so try a small area first.
Do I have to use TB serum and cream together?
No. Choose serum for a light feel or cream for a moisturized finish. When using both, apply serum before cream.
Can Tone Balance and Renewal Firming be used together?
They can be combined according to your care needs and preferred feel. Adjust the amount and frequency of Renewal Firming retinol-containing products to your skin’s response.
Can I use it morning and evening?
Yes. As the final step of morning and evening skincare, gently spread an appropriate amount over the face and neck. Use sunscreen during the day.
What does skip care mean?
It means building a simpler routine around the roles you need, rather than simply cutting steps. Adjust to your skin’s condition, adding moisture care if your skin feels dry.
What is skin longevity?
Skin longevity focuses on consistent care to maintain healthy-looking skin over time rather than temporary changes. DESYB pursues a sustainable routine through TRI+ Barrier, which puts the skin barrier first and adds targeted actives, together with skip care that reduces unnecessary steps.
